What is important when it comes to goal setting?
I have frequent discussions about goals with clients. All too often they feel obligatory, like something that they should do. But why? Sure there are many things that you can set your sights for but is it worth the work to get there?
Setting goals that you aren’t invested in is a sure way to not achieve them. Before contemplating a goal ask yourself:
1️⃣ Why is it important?
2️⃣ How will it benefit you?
3️⃣ How will it benefit others?
If you have answers to all three of these questions you are well on your way.
